RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a burglary and identity theft.
Just before 10a.m. Thursday, officers filed a report of vehicular burglary in the 2800 block of Allison Avenue in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 45-year-old woman reported her car was broken into and her Chase Bank card was taken by an unknown subject.
The card was then used at Walmart in Topeka. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $3,000.
