Geary County Public Works would like to share additional information on Resolution 03-16-2026 that was approved by the Geary County Commissioners. This resolution has lowered the speed limits on segments of Rucker Road and Munson Road.
Rucker Road lying between the intersection of Blue Jay Way and Munson Road, a/k/a/ North Ritter Road, the speed limit shall be reduced from thirty-five (35) mph to thirty (30) mph.
Munson Road a/k/a North Ritter Road ,between the intersection of Rucker Road and K-18 Highway the speed limit shall be reduced from forty (40) mph to thirty (30) mph.
Signs have been posted to indicate these changes.
