Geary County Sheriff's Deputies responded at 5 a.m. Friday to the 13000 block of Clarks Creek Road for a single vehicle accident. Upon arrival deputies located a 2010 black in color Mercedes GLK-350 that had sustained disabling damage and was resting on a guardrail.
The Sheriff's Department said that the occupants of the vehicle had departed prior to law enforcements arrival. This case is still under investigation.
