MADISON COUNTY —Four people including a Fort Riley woman were injured in an accident just after 2:30p.m. Wednesday in Madison County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Toyota Rav4 driven by a 21-year-old Wright City, Missouri woman was northbound on MO 00 two miles north of Junction City, Missouri. The Toyota turned into the path of a southbound 2013 Chevy Sonic driven by a 19-year-old Farmington, Missouri woman.
A private vehicle transported three passengers including a 47-year-old Fort Riley, Kansas, woman and two small children from Wright City, Missouri, to Madison Medical Center. EMS transported the 21-year-old driver to Madison Medical Center. There were no other injuries. All were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
