RCPD: Kan. felon accused theft of items including pets

RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a burglary in Riley County involving a convicted Kansas felon.

Just before 2:30p.m. Friday, officers filed a report of burglary and contributing to child misconduct in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Road, according to the Riley County Police Department activty report.

Redbud Estates reported a known 27-year-old female suspect illegally entered a unit and stole various items, including pets.

Sarah Elizabeth Fisher, 27, of Manhattan on requested charges that include burglary and contributing to child misconduct. Fisher is being held on a bond of $50,000.  She has a previous marijuana conviction, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
