On Saturday, November 4th, their will be a fall fest fundraiser for the non profit private Apostolic Academy Building Fund at 314 E. Chestnut in Junction City from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and enjoy food prepared by several different sponsors.There will be a soup table and also a dollar menu. All of the money that is made from the dollar menu will go to the building fund.
Deb Bramlett is the primary organizer and fundraising director for this event and is excited for the community to come out and support a great cause while also enjoying great food. She said that donations will be accepted all day during the event. Bramlett also made sure to mention that all uniformed police officers that show up will eat for free.
Besides food, their will be other items available for purchase off the “re-sale” tables. Debs Clothing and Debz Re-sale will have several items up for sale, and all the money made from the re-sales will be go to the building fund.
Sixteen vendors paid a sponsorship fee for the fundraiser, and 100 percent of that fee will go to the building fund. Many vendors will be present for the event, while others donated gift cards, their time, or other items to help make the event possible.
