Junction City Public Works has confirmed that there are multiple water main breaks throughout Junction City. Areas include Navajo, Wyatt/Sumner, 700 Block of W Chestnut, Wildcat Lane, Spruce/Countryside, and Bunker Hill/Spruce. There is also a service line that was hit on Navajo.
There were multiple crews working Friday morning to repair the water main breaks on W Chestnut and Wildcat Lane. People will experience low to no water in the 700-800 block of Chestnut and Wildcat Lane. The remainder of the water main breaks will continue repairs Friday afternoon. Service will be restored as soon as possible.
