RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a non-injury accident.

Just before 3p.m. Tuesday, officers filed a non-injury accident report at the intersection of Pillsbury Drive and Stadel Road in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

Officers listed the public/tax payers at large as the victims when it was reported a vehicle drove through wet concrete causing between $6,200 and $29,000 worth of damage.
