Geary County 4-H students participated in the Kansas State Fair this year. Award winners are listed below
-- Brittney Dibben – senior photography judging contest, 6th place
-- Kinley McCallum – constructed fashion revue, honorable mention award
-- Grant Slough – horse ranch classes intermediate high point, 1st place and 3rd place horse performance classes intermediate high point, 2nd place horse timed events intermediate high point, 5th place
-- Intermediate Photography Judging Team, 6th place
-- Senior Photography Judging Team, 4th place
