RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged arson fire in Riley County.
On April 17, two civilians extinguished a fire that had started in the 6000 block of Stockdale Park Road outside of Manhattan, according to a social media report from the Riley County Police Department.
The fire is believed to have been set intentionally. The two civilians witnessed a John Deere Gator (UTV) exiting the area and traversing to the east quickly. The driver of the UTV is described as a white male with medium-length gray hair.
