Junction City woman accused of intent to sell heroin

RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.

Just before 4p.m. Wednesday, police arrested 39-year-old Angel Morgan of Junction City, at the corner of 4th Street and Leavenworth Street, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.

Morgan was arrested on requested charges that include use/possess with the intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, possession of stimulant- 1 prior conviction, operate a motor vehicle without a valid license, distribute or possess with the intent to distribute heroin/certain stimulants (3.5-100 grams).

Morgan met the requirement of a  $20,000 bond and is not longer in custody.  She has previous convictions that include forgery and for the Sale/distribution/cultivation of opiates, opium, narcotic drugs or designated stimulants;
