Ricardo Gutierrez, Sgt Major retired from the US Army, joined the JC Breakfast Optimist Club on August 3. &nbsp;Nita Miller, President-Elect of the club, welcomed Ricardo on behalf of club members with a pin from Optimist International.&nbsp;
