Registration is open for the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce program Greater Than Leadership.
The program is designed to help participants use their individual strengths to grow within their career.
Cost is $600, however, Step of Courage members receive a 50 percent scholarship and Step of Strength members receive a full scholarship.
