JC Breakfast Optimist Club&nbsp;Secretary/Programs Chairperson 

The Lawrence Long Memorial Scholarship was established to honor Lawrence Long, who was a long-time member of the JC Breakfast Optimist Club.

 This year's winner is Charly Goodwin. Charly is a 2024 graduate of Junction City High School  Charly will attend Manhattan Area Vo-Tech School with a focus on commercial and residential HVAC systems.  Charly is the daughter of Mike and Leslie Goodwin of Milford.&nbsp;
