The annual For the Love of Horses Gala will be 5 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, April 1, at Rock Springs Ranch.
The event is a celebration to benefit Rainbow Meadows Equine Rescue and Retirement Inc. of Junction City. Rainbow Meadows has been providing safe refuge for abused, abandoned and neglected horses, donkeys and mules since 2005.
“Our For the Love of Horses…Benefit and Gala has always been our hallmark fundraising event, and we’ve really missed it over the past few years,” said Karen Everhart, executive director. “It’s such a special evening that brings together many of our supporters and reinforces the Rainbow Meadows mission and vision. We’re very excited to be bringing it back this year and look forward to seeing our long-term supporters as well as some new local faces.”
There will be friends, food, fun and a series of silent auctions. Tickets are $75 per person or $500 for a table of eight.
