Elizabeth "Lindy" Doza, 44, ofManhattan, Kansas, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, surrounded by her family after a valiant battle with cancer. She was born May 19, 1981, in Clay Center, Kansas, to Edward "Ned" Valentine and Sheri (Wolfe) Valentine-Meunier.

Lindy attended school in Manhattan and Clay Center and graduated from Clay Center High School in 1999. Lindy was a loving and devoted mother, known for her amazing smile and warm spirit. She enjoyed nature, fishing, camping, and took great pride in her work at Blueville Nursery.

She is survived by her three sons, Joseph Doza, Jacob Burton, and Ian Burton; her father, Ned Valantine and stepmother, Mel Pooler, her mother, Sheri, and husband, Alain Meunier; her brother, Lou Valentine, Jacksonville, FL; her step-sister, Ashley Vargo, Atlanta, GA; and her aunt and uncles, Jim and Valerie Biltz, Oklahoma City, OK, Bruce Wolfe, of Oklahoma City, OK; Pat and Vicki Beckner, Kansas City, Martha Dorrsom, Lawrence, KS, and Art Valantine, Nashville, TN.She was preceded in death by her husband, Corey Doza; her brother, Daniel Valentine; and two stepbrothers, Matthew and Kelly Tessendorf.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Leonardville Cemetery, Leonardville, Kansas, following the service.

In honor of Lindy, please wear her favorite color, pink. Visitation will be held the evening prior from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday, November 17, 2025, at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ian, Jacob, or Joey in care of Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home, 1616 Poyntz Ave, Manhattan, KS 66502, to assist with funeral expenses.
