United Way release
The purpose of the Allocations Panel is to provide guidance on how funding should be utilized from United Way of Junction City/Geary County. Panel volunteers will be assigned to a group, where they will review and interview 3-4 agencies, and then make their recommendations on funding. Time commitment is typically 4-5 hours, for panel volunteers.
Each agency visit (in-person, or virtual) will include highlights, a financial/budget presentation, and a Q&A session. After the panel has completed their assigned agencies, they will adjourn to the UW office to decide their funding recommendations.
