RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a shooting at a house party in Manhattan and have made three arrests.
Just before 3a.m. October 21, the Riley County Police Department Communication Center received several 911 calls reporting gunfire. When officers arrived on scene, they found 2 male victims with gunshot wounds. A 3rd male victim arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound from the incident.
On Thursday evening police reported the arrest of 21-year-old Cordarius Gowdy; 18-year-old Damerius McGee both of Ogden and Christopher Stowers, 21, of Manhattan on requested charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery and one count of firing into an occupied dwelling.
Gowdy, McGee, and Stowers are each being held on a bond of $1 Million, according to the RCPD.
