MANHATTAN—Law enforcement authorities are investing alleged theft from a store in Manhattan.
Just after noon Monday, officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Bluemont Avenue in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report. Walmart reported two unknown male suspects underpaid for money orders.
