Geary County Commissioners have approved a procurement and financial policy designed to help the county be more efficient, according to Commission Chair Trish Giordano. "Bottom line is for us to be responsible with taxpayer money. Putting these policies together not only helps us save money but in the future when we go for any bonds or have a bond rating, and interest on any loans that we take out."
