Sharon Davis, Parish Administrator for the Episcopal Church of the Covenant has announced that the public can attend the Blessing of the Animals on Saturday, October 18th, at 10:30 am, at Heritage Park, at 6th and Washington St. in Junction City.
They're excited to welcome Reverend Dr. J. Wesley Smith from the Episcopal Church of the Covenant, Pastor Nathanael Hood from the First Presbyterian Church, along with Pastors Dirk Weiss and Will Ravenstein from the First United Methodist Church. They'll be there to bless all the wonderful animals that come by.
Please remember to keep your pets under control, either on a leash or in a cage, and kindly clean up after them.
