Milford Reservoir is currently 700 cubic feet of water per second to aid in the dilution of high chloride levels downstream at Topeka. the Corps seeks to put the elevation at the winter target of 1141.1 by mid to late February.
Increases in the discharge will be 1500 cfs if ice or inflows force a more rapid decrease to avoid safety hazards, damage to shoreline docks or equipment.
