The Geary USD 475 Board of Education has approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price for the planned new Early Childhood Center at $30,150,000. An agreement has been entered into with Hutton Construction.
The facility will include 32 classrooms. It will be located on the site of the former Junction City High School.
Groundbreaking is scheduled on Oct. 11.
