Shenk Gym at Junction City High School was the site Saturday for a mass vaccination clinic for those scheduled in the Phase Two of vaccinatons.
Hy-Vee conducted the clinic with help from KDHE and Geary County. One thousand doses were allotted for the clinic where participants signed up for an appointment and then received a shot. Not all of the doses were dispensed, however. There was substantial attendance during the morning hours of 8-10 a.m. and again from mid-day until about 4 p.m. No problems were reported.
