TOPEKA | MANHATTAN | JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (Sept. 19, 2025) – Stormont Vail Health is kicking off its annual flu vaccination campaign with a series of drive-thru, walk-in, and scheduled flu shot clinics in Topeka, Junction City, and Manhattan. Flu vaccines are available for established Stormont Vail and Cotton O’Neil patients, with some exceptions.
Clinics are designed to be fast, convenient, and offer options for adults and children.
Manhattan Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic
Stormont Vail Health Manhattan Campus, 1325 Research Dr.
• Oct. 18, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Ages 19 and older
• Must be an established patient
• No first-time flu vaccines
Junction City Walk-In Flu Shot Clinic
Stormont Vail Health Flint Hills Campus, 1103 St. Marys Rd.
• Sept. 24 and Oct. 2, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Ages 19 and older
• No appointment necessary
• Must be an established patient
• No first-time flu vaccines
Topeka Flu Shot Clinics
Stormont Vail Hospital Surgery Parking Garage, 10th and Garfield
• Sept. 25 and Oct. 9, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Ages 19 and older
• Must be an established patient
• No first-time flu vaccines
Cotton O’Neil Pediatrics-Gage, 4100 S.W. 15th St.
• Oct. 23 and 30, 1:30—5:30 p.m.
• Ages 19 and older
• No appointment necessary
• Child must be an established patient
• Eligible family members may also receive their flu shot
• No first-time flu vaccines
• Vaccines for Children (VCF) program accepted
