The Junction City Arts Council is sponsoring a reception for their new exhibiting artist, Rodney Hoover on Dec. 14th from 5-7 p.m. His photos are on display at the C.L. Hoover Opera House in the upper level gallery through January 31st.
The reception on the 14th is right before a 1st Infantry Division Band Concert.
