Pairings have been released for the McPherson Invitational Basketball Tournament Jan. 23-25 at McPherson High School.
In the first round on Thursday, Jan. 23, Junction City ( 3-3 ) will play Lawrence Free State ( 5-2 ) at 4:45 p.m. while on that same side of the bracket Derby ( 6-1 ) will meet Seaman ( 0-6 ).
The other first-round pairings have Wichita - Bishop Carroll ( 8-0 ) against Wichita North ( 0-8 ) and McPherson ( 5-3 ) playing Overland Park - Blue Valley ( 5-3 ).
Blue Jay games in the tournament can be heard on 107.9 FM and 1420 KJCK AM.
