Three days of telephone calling by volunteers to local business persons has produced a substantial increase in membership for the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce. There are a total of 102 either new or upgraded memberships. A total of $23,650 was raised.
Ashley King was the top individual seller with 14 memberships. "I was a chair and I got some captains underneath me and then those captains got some groups and we came together and just helped grow our membership."
Jeff Underhill was the second highest seller with 12 members. When the Chamber Memberhip event began there were already approximately 340 members in the Chamber.
