KS State Bank limits lobby access

Ed Klimek, Vice President, Business Development issued the following statement for KS State Bank locations in Kansas including Junction City and Manhattan:

"After further discussion about how to best protect our clients and our team members, we have made the decision to limit lobby access at our Kansas locations beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice.

Our drive ups will remain open and available to help you during our normal hours. If your banking business may require that you come into the branch, please call 800-588-6805 to make an appointment.

As a reminder, you can access your account information using Online Banking and Mobile Banking. You can also make free check deposits with Mobile Banking using the Mobile Deposit feature. Our free automated Telephone Banking system is available around the clock at 866-587-4040. See our website for more information.

Our Client Care team is available to help you Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon CT. They can be reached by calling 800-588-6505. TTY access for our hearing impaired clients is 785-564-6219.
