Operations changes are planned for the Grandview Plaza Police Department during COVID-19

There will be some operations changes for the Grandview Plaza during the ongoing COVID-19 period. Police Chief Shawn Pierano said the police department facility will be closed to the public. "We do not have a lobby to separate the public from the officers. "

Contact the office by telephone, or by 911 if you have an emrgency, and officers will then get into contact with the caller. "We will take your report by phone or we will come out and see you, "said Peirano.

Playgrounds have been cordoned off and police tape put around that equipment. Do not touch or play on the equipment.

Peirano said as conditions change so will police department operations. "In doing so you may see us in additional protective gear as required."
