Charlotte Fielder passed away April 14, 2020 in Council Grove, Kansas. She was born August 20, 1928 in Dwight, Kansas to Hattie and Elmer Anderson, and grew up on the family farm outside of town. She married Elvin (Bud) Fielder May 18, 1946 at the Marion Hill Lutheran Church, a church she attended her entire life. Bud and Charlotte raised four daughters in Dwight and shared 67 wonderful years of marriage. They moved to Council Grove, Kansas in 1993 and spent many relaxing years golfing, gardening, and visiting with friends and family.
Charlotte is survived by her daughters Connie Beal (Wayne Berg, Rhonda Stallings (John, both of Prescott, Arizona, and Robin Dillon (Kevin) of Lawrence, Kansas, brother Jerry Anderson (Millie) of Beaumont, Texas, eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bud Fielder, her daughter Susan Caldwell, her parents, Hattie and Elmer Anderson, brothers Laurence, Vernon (Shorty, and Jim, and sisters Doris and Muriel (Midge).
According to the wishes of Bud and Charlotte, their ashes will be combined as they are reunited and laid to rest beside their first-born daughter at the Marion Hill Lutheran Church where a Celebration of Life will be held after Stay at Home orders are lifted. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marion Hill Lutheran Church and sent in care of: Bailey Parker, 1881 H Avenue, White City, Kansas 66872.
