Junction City residents are getting more sleep during COVID-19

Online sleep-industry review and information site, Sleepopolis, has conducted a study which found that Junction City residents who are now working from home during the pandemic are sleeping an extra 12.9 hours per month. If you are working from home during social distancing, your commute is simply the route from your bedroom to another room in your home.

The study by Sleepopois also ranked the best cities for sleep in Kansas. Leawood emerged in first place and Atchison came in last position. Junction City actually was among the worst cities for sleep, with a ranking of 59th.

Junction City had a sleep score of 82.25 out of a possible score of 100 for cities. Manhattan ranked 33rd with a score of 83.37.
