The Board of Directors for the Junction City Community Band has canceled their concert season for 2020. The interest and concern for the health and safety of their musicians and audience were cited as factors in the decision.
Members making the announcement included Ronald Atkinson Jr., Deb Breidenstein, Sue Hornbaker, Daniel O'Brien and Vic Wong.
The band normally performs a series of concerts at the Opera House in June.
