In recent years there has been a National Biplane Fly-In at Freeman Field in Junction City.
This year there were plans to conduct a one-day Fly-In but right now that is tentative. The event is normally held on the first Saturday in June, but one of the coordinators, Marvin Hornbostel explained it has been tentatively rescheduled for Saturday, June 20th. A smaller Fly-In is being considered.
A final decision will be made later on whether to have the event this year, depending on the impact of COVID-19. The local EAA Chapter hosts the Fly-In.
