As temperatures rise stay hydrated!
With rising temperatures expected this week Geary County Emergency Management has released advice on practicing heat safety.
--Take shade when possible or stay indoors.
-Check the forecast for your area at weather.gov
-Drink water regularly throughout the day.
-Never leave children or pets in a car unattended, even with the windows cracked, the inside of a car can quickly reach fatal temperatures.
