RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a reported theft in Manhattan.
Just after 6:30a.m. Sunday, officers filed a report of theft of property in the 300 block of N. 5th Street, according to the Riley County. Police Department activity report.
A 73-year-old man reported a suspect stole his purple Specialized Hybrid bicycle. The total estimated loss associated with this case is $2,000.
