The 44th annual St. Patrick's Day parade is today ( Saturday )&nbsp; in Manhattan's Aggieville at 1 p.m. That is being preceded by a two mile run / walk and 10K race. The beer garden will be open from 10am-3pm outside of Kite’s.&nbsp;

Manhattan's Aggieville is the site for a St. Patrick's Day celebration
