The annual Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade sponsored by Eagle Radio, the Geary County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Central National Bank begins at 5:30 p.m. Friday. It will be broadcast on 107.9 FM / 1420 KJCK and via livestream on JC Post sponsored by Homefront Real Estate Group.
The holiday lighting ceremony in Heritage Park will follow the parade.
During the parade from 5-7 p.m. United Way will be serving hot cocoa and sweets in Heritage Park. Donations will be welcome.
The Dickens Christmas at Main Street Market will go from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. in Heritage Park.
