At 12:14 A.M. Wednesday, Geary County Sheriff's Deputies responded to I-70 mile marker 303 for a report of a semi-truck blocking the east bound off ramp. Deputies discovered a semi-truck had ran out of fuel and was blocking traffic from using the off ramp. The semi-truck has since been refueled and removed from the road way.
