Corvias
The nonprofit Corvias Foundation has announced the launch of its Purple Tassel Vocational Achievement Scholarship, creating a new scholarship opportunity for military-connected students pursuing skilled trades, technical training, certifications, apprenticeships, and other vocational careers. The scholarship will award up to $10,000 to eligible high school seniors from active-duty military families stationed at a Corvias-managed installation including Fort Riley.
"Success after high school looks different for every student," said Julie Allen, executive director of Corvias Foundation. "We want young people to realize the full spectrum of opportunities ahead of them. Our role is to help the children of our employees and military-connected students explore those options, connect with resources, and pursue the pathway that's right for them."
Applications are open through December 31, 2026. To apply, please visit: https://corviasfoundation.org/scholarships
