Junction City will host Emporia in a varsity baseball doubleheader at Rathert Field on Wednesday. The first game begins at 4 p.m.
According to an announcement by the Distric, children 12 and under who attend wearing a jersey will be admitted free with a paid adult. At the end of the first game they will be asked to line up in the beer garden area on the right field side of the facility. In between games they will be able to run the bases on the field and after crossing home plate will be escorted off the field.
