The Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce and Junction City Main Street are hosting a ribbon-cutting / First Dollar Presentation to officially open a new wine bar in Junction City today.&nbsp;

The ribbon-cutting and grand opening for Flint and Vine is this afternoon (Friday) at 4:30 p.m., at 714 N. Washington St. in Junction City.&nbsp;

Following the ribbon-cutting, Flint and Vine will have several specials for attendees to take advantage of for their official grand opening.&nbsp;
