On Monday at 8:47 a.m. Geary County Sheriff's Deputies responded to K57 Highway Mile Marker 4 for a motorcycle injury accident. Drake Guillory of Junction City, KS was traveling south near K57 mile marker 4 on his 1999 Yamaha V Star Custom. The Sheriff's Department said that he attempted to negotiate a curve when the motorcycle began to wobble, causing him to lose control and crash, with the motorcycle coming to a rest in the middle of the road.
Guillory was transported to Stormont Vail for his injuries. The motorcycle was removed by A Homestead wrecker service.
