RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating alleged child sex crimes in Riley County have made an arrest.
Just after 5p.m. December 12, Dakota Garner, 34, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for three counts aggravated indecent liberties with a child, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
This arrest stems from a report filed on July 5, 2025. Garner is being held on a $300,000 bond. The RCPD released no additional details.
