USD 475 release
On Monday night, the Geary County Schools USD 475 Board of Education authorized Schaefer Architecture to begin design work for all of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 projects, including the H.D. Karns HVAC, Lincoln Elementary multi-purpose room and the Ware Elementary east parking lot. Other design items include the roofs at Eisenhower Elementary, Grandview Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, Sheridan Elementary, Westwood Elementary, H.D. Karns and the McConnell Maintenance Facility.
Once the design is complete, Hutton will entertain bids and submit a guaranteed maximum price prior to any construction beginning.
