The ribbon cutting and grand opening for the Highwind Brewing Company, 726 North Washington, in downtown Junction City was a big business highlight on Wednesday.

Eleven craft beers will be sold and there will be a full bar with wine and cocktails. Coca Cola products will be available along with tea and coffee. There will eventually be two restaurants including Mill Pizza where signature pizzas and salads are served. 726 Bistro is still under development. Eventually it will serve appetizers and hand held burgers.
