The Geary County Sheriff's Department reported that on Monday evening Deputies responded to I-70 east bound mile marker 290 for a single vehicle injury accident with a deer. Cody Emig of Abilene was traveling east bound on his 2001 Harley Davidson FXD when a deer entered the roadway. Cody was unable to evade the deer, striking it, and causing disabling damages to his vehicle.
