RILEY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 12:30a.m. Monday in Riley County.
According to the Riley County Police Department activity report, a 2010 Mercedes Benz, driven by Danny Moises Martinez, 20, of Fort Riley, was involved in a single-vehicle rollover accident on Interstate 70 at Frontage Road.
Riley County EMS transported Martinez to Via Christi Hospital for his injuries. This accident remains under investigation.
