Latrez Pringle was selected by the Junction City High School's Junior Optimist Club and presented to the JC Breakfast Optimist Club as the October Student of the Month.&nbsp; Latrez is a senior at the high school and in the Fine Arts and Human Services Academy.&nbsp; Upon graduation, Latrez plans to study film making at Kansas University.&nbsp; He received a framed certificate and a gift certificate for $25.00 at JC BBQ &amp; Gril
