Highland Park ( 8-0 )rolled over Junction City 70-54 in boys basketball Tuesday night at JCHS. The game matched two undefeated, ranked teams, but the Scots controlled the game from start to finish and were never threatened by the Blue Jays.
Highland Park used fast break basketball, intense defense and hit seven three point shots in the win. Highland Park led 18-7 after one quarter and never trailed in the contest.
Juan'Tario Roberts scored 18 points and Ketralus "Bo" Alridge 22 points in the victory.
Howard Johnson led Junction City ( 6-1 ) with 14 points.
The Blue Jays play at Washburn Rural Friday night.
